Samsara deploy the EFQM
Excellence Model. The model is non-prescriptive
and is recognised within industry as the
most suitable business-planning tool available
in the market place today. Sponsorship
and use of the EFQM model starts at board
level and extends across the company to
operational level where the model is used
as a self-assessment tool.

We work with our
clients to implement process measures
and performance targets that suit their
core business and are transferred into
formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
From these SLAs, Key Performance Outcomes
(KPO’s) and Key Performance Indicators
(KPI’s) are produced to ensure optimum
delivery of the services described within
this document.
This embodies our
continuous improvement philosophy, as
the model uses the RADAR approach (Results
required, Approach agreed, Deployment,
Assessment and Review). This leads to
a cyclic, structured and comprehensive
approach to any business, firmly linked
to the corporate and business planning
process within the organisation.
Over time, we work with
our clients to gather evidence against
the defined Enablers and Results criteria,
highlighting both strengths and areas
for improvement alike, and provide an
auditable score against an agreed scoring
matrix.
